Champions House is a Recovery Delivery Hub in Wrexham, Working alongside other Adferiad service providers and other service providers. Champions House offers a creative, active, and supportive environment for people who have suffered from addiction and/or mental health issues but are now actively stable and seeking to continue to move forward in their recovery. The project provides a mutual aid community where everyone is looking towards a future without addiction and improve mental wellbeing. We run a variety of courses, groups activities and events throughout the week to help build recovery capital. Champions House is also a base for other Adferiad services including CAMFA and PARABL counselling services, CYFLE CYMRU, CANIAD, WOTS WHPP,PRISON LINK IN REACH

The group offers a support service to men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or any other prostate problems. Support is extended to families of such men, and is an on-going process before and after treatment. Open and helpful discussion is encouraged as a form of therapy, which seems to work well. Often specialists from the medical profession attend and share the latest in prostate diagnosis and care.

Wrexham One Love Choir is a community-based choir which runs a supportive weekly rehearsal which takes place at Trinity Church in Wrexham between 11am and 2pm Every Wednesday. The choir is for people who are affected by homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and are looking to build their recovery and improve their confidence and self-esteem through the Art of Singing.

The DAWN Centre is a multi-agency building, providing a range of services to our client who have issues around mental health, substance misuse, housing, carers support, employment to name a few. The DAWN centre houses Adferiad Recovery services, which are Caniad, Supporting People, Carers, Cyfle Cymru, CAMFA and Parabl. We also have external services bases here, who are our tenants, which are the Conwy SMS and Dechrau Newydd.

Dragon Chat is our weekly mental health peer support group, with supporters invited to join our weekly calls - on Mondays for our women"s group, and Thursday for our men"s group. Dragon Chat also meets for a social get-together before all Wrexham AFC first-team matches

Each year, our Veterans support in Wales aids thousands with forms, medical referrals, benefit applications, and more. Many struggle to reconnect post-service, missing out on vital support. We"re here for Veterans, Reservists, and Emergency Service personnel at Woody’s Lodge, offering a supportive community and resources for a new post-service life.

Creating judgment-free, confidential spaces where men can be open about the storms in their lives. Achieved through weekly, free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18.
