BOIS TALK – BEHIND THE BANTER

BOIS TALK is HELPU’s interactive workshop for young people, using humour, real stories, films, games and honest conversation to explore confidence, pressure, friendships, emotions and mental wellbeing. It’s designed to get people involved rather than sitting through another presentation — creating a relaxed space where they can laugh, talk, listen and think about how they look after themselves and each other.

We’re now taking BOIS TALK on the road across Wales, working with schools, colleges and youth organisations who want to start conversations that can make a real difference.
