Gay & Bi Men’s Spaces – Helpu
In partnership with NHS Executive on Suicide Prevention and Self-Harm, we run regular in-person and online spaces for gay and bi men across Wales. In rural areas, LGBT men often struggle with isolation, and traditional men’s groups may not feel safe or inclusive. Our spaces provide a genuine opportunity for connection, support, and community building, helping to reduce loneliness and improve well-being. By creating welcoming, judgment-free environments, we ensure that all men—regardless of identity—have access to the support they need.
