About the Cardiff Men’s Space

Helpu’s regular Men’s Meet-Up in Roath is a welcoming space for Men of all ages, beliefs and backgrounds to come together and talk in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. This is about building community, and it’s a place to truly be yourself, share experiences, and foster brotherhood without judgment.

Why Join?

Connecting with others helps combat isolation and fosters belonging, but is something Men often struggle to do. This space allows a real opportunity to talk and connect in an environment where all Men want to hold space and talk about their shit. A place to talk to Men who will listen, who are there to share just like you are.

What to Expect

• No pressure to talk or engage; just come as you are.
• Casual Conversations
• Short talks and open discussions on various topics and often light-hearted.

Agenda

• 7:00 – 7:15 PM: Welcome – Friendly settle in.
• 7:15 – 7:40 PM: Check-In – Share a little about your week if you want (participation optional).
• 7:40 – 9:00 PM: Talk/Discussion

Facilitators

Our facilitators are here to maintain a supportive and judgment-free environment. They don’t offer advice; instead, they listen, keep the conversation flowing, and help everyone feel comfortable.

All participants are asked to respect each other’s privacy and confidentiality.
